Automated Solutions SCDS amnesty program offers expired on the dates set forth in the above agreements, respectively.  Any newspaper or periodical utilizing software that infringes our copyrights (regardless of the person or entity marketing the software, which failed to take advantage of our amnesty offer, may contact us to seek a license in direct negotiations.  Failure to obtain a required license will place you in jeopardy of legal consequences.
